Mrs. Sonal Shah is the founder partner of KSI Shah & Associates. She has excellent 25 years audit experience which she gained having been a Manager with DWT-BDO in W. Germany and with KPMG in Dubai, U.A.E. She is actively involved in development and management of the practice in U.A.E. and India.

Mr. Tejas H. Desai - B.Com, FCA

Senior Audit Manager

Tejas Desai qualified in 2006 as a Chartered Accountant from India and he joined the firm in the year 2007. He has extensive audit experience and manages and specializes in audits of diversified entities. Currently he manages team of 3 qualified chartered accountants and his forte is audit, file review and financial statements presentations. He also has experience in implementing computerized accounting systems.

Monish Shah is a senior manager in the firm having joined in 2022 after 8 years of audit experience with PwC in both Dubai and London. Monish has vast audit experience with major listed and FTSE 50 clients, bringing in technical expertise in numerous industries. He is actively involved in development and management of the practice in U.A.E.

Mr. Chintak Joshi - B.com, FCA

Senior Audit Manager

Chintak Joshi qualified in 2008 as Chartered Accountants. After gaining experience with a corporate in India, he joined the firm in the year 2010, where he specialized in audits of various entities engaged in a wide variety of industries, including trading, manufacturing, service industry, gold and diamond industry, etc. Presently, as an audit manager, he is in charge of statutory audits of major clients in diverse fields.

 

Mr Melad George

Mr Melad worked as an expert in the Egyptian Ministry of Justice from 2007 to 2012 taking care of TAX cases. He then moved to the Egyptian Ministry of Finance TAX Authority in 2012 as a VAT inspector & a member of The Internal Committee for Tax Appeals at the Egyptian Tax Authority. in 2023, Melad joined KSI Shah & Associates to work as a tax advisor and took several tax courses, most notably the UAE VAT compliance Diploma and is registered as an approved tax agent with the UAE federal Tax Authority

Mr. Ramesh Pillai - Master Degree in Business Law (MBL), LLB and Bachelor Degree in Economics
Legal Advisor

Mr Ramesh Pillai joined the business in 2007 and provides Consultation for all types of business registration and assists with all the legal formalities for setting up of the Company for the Clients. He has vast knowledge/experience in operational processes and procedures using a compliance management system to ensure that the company complies with legal regulations and ethical standards
